I can’t wait to return to Montréal this spring and summer. Canada’s historic French city is located in the province of Quebec and is a 6 hour drive from Toronto, Ontario. It is the only province in Canada that speaks French and is infamous for its wild parties, festivals, delectable cuisines, Julep orange juice, Schwartz’s smoked meat, and more. The historic city centre Old Montréal and St. Catherines are my favourite parts of the city. You can find all that is happening in the heart of downtown Montreal and Old Montreal. Most of the city’s shopping district are on Rue Ste Catherine W, Maisonneuve Blvd W, Rue Sherbrooke W and Rue de la Montagne. The Eaton Center shopping mall, Holt Renfrew, Ogilvy and The Bay also carries a wide assortment of everything you’re looking for. Last but not least, downtown Montreal runs an underground city of shopping.
More updated pictures of Montréal coming soon.
Julep Orange Juice is the best, taste like orange creamsicle but better!
Schwartz, best smoked meat in town. Arrive early to avoid the large line-up.
