Spontaneously, we decided to take the forty-minute drive out to Cheltenham Badlands for the first time. We did not want to spare a beautiful golden hour so here we went. Lone behold the majestic red clay hills right outside my city. I couldn’t contain my excitement as I ran for the hills in my silk dress with snow white block heels. That was when I’ve come to learn that I was not dressed for this. The red soil can easily ruin your favourite outfit so avoid sitting or coming into contact with the soil. On the other hand, who would’ve thought that this beautiful land was formed from poor farming practices in the 1930s.
