LADY IN RED: THE RED CROPPED JUMPSUIT

Happy hump day everyone! It's all about this flaming red jumpsuit today and the best time to strut it is now. Cooler winds are settling in and school is just two weeks away. Jumpsuits are my favourite piece. It's so easy and it's a one shot piece you can't go wrong, especially with a strong colour like red. The wide-crop pant leg is a tricky one, it could make you look short and frumpy so pair it with high heels for extra height and an illusion of a slimmer physique.

LE NOIR: THE WEDDING GUEST DRESS

A couple of weeks ago I had to make the biggest outfit decision in my life. I know I'm being a bit dramatic but it's the truth! One of the hardest fashion decisions girls have make, relates to searching for the right dress - wedding guest dress (just to be clear). When I say right, it has to be perfect!

It's not everyday that I have occasions like these to attend where I could doll up to the nines and wear a big ball gown-ish skirt like the Maje skirt I wore to my cousin's wedding. It was tough finding a top for it, but it turned out well in the end and I was scarlet red every time someone paid me a compliment on how beautiful I looked. Most of all, I was more happy when my parents said they loved it and how couture it looked.

VINTAGE BLUES: DENIM SHIRT & BROCADE PRINT SKIRT

Happy Friday everyone! I apologize to everyone for being dormant for almost two weeks but I promise you it is all due to my next fun, creative post I've been working with Brian and our busy lives intertwining making it impossible to finish on time.

Today, I am playing with blue. Denim chambray shirt, blue classic day bag and lots of blue blooms. You've probably been wondering why I've been covering my face with these beautiful blooms lately. I was inspired by Mansur Gavriel's Instagram and thought it was very cleaver and creative to advertise their hot item handbags (which are impossible to get now!). Also, it made it much easier for Brian and I to edit the photos since my face is covered. Did ya'll enjoy it? I surely did and probably made tons of people on the street wondering why I was covering my face the entire time. It was short, sweet and fun - and I plan to continue this "face covering" series in many creative ways as possible.
